When it comes to custom orders or canceling an order.  Please make sure the order number is referenced so I can credit properly.  If you have previously purchased or ordered a custom item and it has been shipped I can not cancel or modify it.

All orders will be shipped the USPS since my items are small and can be shipped to PO boxes using this method of shipping.

I am always happy to take orders via phone as well as using the website.

SHIPPING CHARGES


All shipping  charges are non-refundable

I will reship a repaired piece, however I do not pay for any inbound shipping.
 
Out-of-stock items will be back-ordered and shipped as soon as available.

You can E-Mail us 24 hours a day.  It will be answered within 1 to 2  business days.
If you have an urgent matter, call us at 732-239-6333 during regular business hours.
We will be happy to answer any questions.

Return Policy

If your not completely, 100% satisfied with your order, return it in an unused condition,
within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly exchange it or refund your full purchase price,
excluding shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

When you need a repair done or a custom piece created, you will first receive a quote via e-mail. After the work is complete you will receive an invoice and a link to pay through our secure payment server. To send a request and receive a quote, fill out the form on this link.
